"Let the lover be disgraceful, crazy, absentminded.Someone sober will worry about things going badly.Let the lover be." - Rumi
The Trillium work involves the marvelous process of finally allowing yourself to be YOU.
I have always been an explorer of Consciousness, realizing very early in my life that how I felt inside influenced everything else. After becoming a teacher of Transcendental Meditation in my twenties and exploring my interior shadow life in my thirties, I became a Gestalt psychotherapist to help others unfold into more of their authentic selves.
I view the Trillium work as the fulfillment of psychotherapy. By establishing our awareness in embodied consciousness, the ego finally has something larger than itself to trust, the longing to surrender is fulfilled, and one's divine nature is revealed.
I look forward to helping others unfold in this great work, and feel honored to compassionately hold someone as they discover more and more of their divine embodied nature.
