annalena.jpgIt is a genuine pleasure to have the opportunity to get to know you. By you I mean the self like a snowflake with its unique pattern. Witnessing you unfolding yourself to yourself feels like a privilege. I am grateful to help pay forward what I have been fortunate to receive in this teaching. My own unfolding and post 2nd Birth realization is beyond what I would have dared dreamed in this lifetime. I trust in that potential for you as well.

Many of us have been on a long, long, spiritual inquiry. While there is a way in which I will always be inquiring, arriving in this teaching truly was the end of the road for me and home. As I write I think in conventional religious terms, "Thank God!" and feel my heart and "me" melt into pieces.

Above all else, you have my commitment to your individual pattern unfolding. To me, like a coiled spring of DNA, relaxation into your self is crucial. Relaxation into your authentic drive, organizing system, like the information coded on your DNA, is the most important thing. I hold sacred that process for you. For me this is my role in creating awake culture. In this day and age it is the frontier of our evolving humanity and, in my view, critical to navigating existing collective challenges if we are to survive as a species.

As the result of being a part of this transmission field, my personal processes were extreme in both dark and light. I revere my own teacher's ability to keep looking while I shared what felt shameful and sometimes horrifying. As a result, if you are a person who experiences extremes of dark, I trust I can meet you there.

My studied spiritual history is diverse, including years as a student of Paramahansa Yogananda, my adolescent years as a Jew, independent study of Buddhism and particular resonance with Tibetan Buddhism, long serious study of A Course in Miracles, and numerous contemporary and traditional teachers and teachings. My evolution has been deeply influenced by nature. I grew up in the pristine Keweenaw Peninsula area of Upper Michigan, volunteered as a Master Gardner in the past, and enjoy long hikes in the mountains of New Mexico, particularly Taos where we spend a lot of time. Post second birth I was surprised and delighted by the shamanic like experiences that occurred and serve me to this day. I worked many years as a body worker. My husband and I have been successful in real estate for many years. I have had a dynamic marriage since 1989. I am mother to a wonderful grown son. I have been both a poet and visual artist much of my life and derive great satisfaction these days from process painting. I am an addict as is my husband. My addiction is characteristic both of anorexia and overeating and to this day I monitor myself with care. Overall, I am sober. My husband is a recovering gambling addict. Addiction is a huge consideration as regards the collective.

Call or e-mail me if you feel moved! I look forward to hearing from you, and, in any case, wish you the best in your full spectrum evolution.
